Blog n°1: aoutobiography

 Hi guys!, 

My name is Rocío Maureira, I am 20 years old ans I was born on May 25, 2000. I was born and raised in Rancagua, I have a sister who is still in high school who is 16 years old and both my parents are teachers. When I was little I spent my time in several cities, because my parents' families are not from this city, so I spent long vacations in Parral or went to visit Mulchen with my granmother.

I studied at the high school "Bicentenario Oscar Castro Zuñiga" in 2018 to then enter the university to study geography for which I went to live in Santiago with my cousin who was in her penultimate year of Medical Technology and during that year I learned a lot about ocular trauma. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, I have returned to live Rancagua with no definite return date to Santiago.

For the past few months my favorite hobbies have been reading, like all my life, spoiling my kitties, and budgeting for trips that won't be happening anytime soon.

blog n°2: Why did I choose my career?

  Hi guys, Welcome back to my blog, I must start by saying that I was one of the girls who wanted to be everything when I grew up: doctor, veterinarian, zoologist, teacher, dancer, broadway actress, singer, I even wanted to be president of the republic. But as I grew up I realized that there were skills that I just didn't possess, so I discarded a lot of careers that just didn't excite me anymore.   By the time I reached 4th grade, the only thing I knew for sure was that when I left high school, I wanted to start studying immediately at the university, at this point I only had two careers in mind, which were pedagogy, commercial engineering and geography, I had researched many other careers, universities and study majors. At the end of the year, when I took the PSU, I had so many options for careers that I didn't know how to choose, but I kept thinking about geography... and that's what I chose, not with a clear idea, nor with the conviction that I would like it. ...

My favorite food :)

  Hi everyone! In this new blog I will mention the food that I like the most at the moment, even though it has been a while since I consumed it, well, I am talking about the kaiser escalope, which is basically a beef steak that has cheese and ham in the middle, this is prepared by dressing the meat and then fold it and put the cheese and ham in the middle and then bread it and then prepare it fried, my favorite way to accompany it is with pure or with salads and with a natural pineapple juice. It is one of my favorite meals because I usually eat it on special dates, such as my birthday or my sister's birthday, so it brings back very good memories, besides being delicious, it is also very tasty and I do not consider it to be harmful to my health, since I eat it very few times during the year.
